I did it! I’ve released Hiber Nation out in to the harsh, judgy world.

It’s official – I entered my first writing competition. It was for a Flash Fiction (max 650 words) on “Why I Choose To Hibernate”, Hosted by the BC Writers association.

Naturally, mine is quite Science Fiction… but not so far out there that it’s hard to imagine as real.

Here’s another tiny excerpt from my final story, titled “Hiber Nation”

They said: You dream. Hibernating one year equals 365 days of nonstop dreaming. Not just any dreams. The crazy vivid ones you remember, that feel more real than real is; so sharp and detailed it sears into your private vault of experiences and memories, never to be forgotten.
